Alert Level 2

Great news! We are down another Alert Level and that much closer to "normal" life again.

As far as work policies and procedures goes, not a lot changes for us.

Attached (below) are our policies and procedures for your records.

What you need to know:

  • All staff working on your site will have completed a Health Declaration reviewed by myself and cleared to return to work. For our employee’s privacy, we will not be distributing individual declarations.

  • All our staff will be actively washing hands and surfaces

  • All our staff will be maintaining 1m separation from each other where possible.

  • For scaffolding, we ask that no other trades are working onsite at the same time as us. As most of our installs are the full coverage of the site and staff are doing a lot of walking back and forth, it is not practically possible to maintain the required 2m distance from those outside our ‘bubble’.

  • For safety nets, we ask that no other trades are working in the same area as our team. Safety nets can be a little more localized so this is achievable.

  • For temporary fencing, 2m separation is more easily achieved as we are only (usually) working around the perimeter of the site and not entering the site itself.

  • In all cases, if the 2m separation cannot be kept, we ask that the work is rescheduled or last possible option being wearing masks. This is inline with the Risk Management Framework that is so prevalent in our industry (Removing and reducing risk first, PPE being last resort).

If you have any questions or queries about any of the above - please feel free to get in touch.

Kind regards,

Joel Wilkinson

Alert Level 3

To our valued clients,

I hope you’ve been keeping well over this time and are looking forward to our Alert Level change? Going to Level 3 means that Endless Fencing, Catch Commercial Safety Nets and Kingdom Hire Scaffolding are able to return to work – albeit with a few restrictions in place. This email is to let you know what that will look like and what we ask of you when we come to your site.

Attached (below) are our policies and procedures for your records. These have been circulated amongst our staff who will also be completing a Health Declaration prior to returning to ensure they are safe to work.

What you need to know:

  • All staff working on your site will have completed a Health Declaration reviewed by myself and cleared to return to work. For our employee’s privacy, we will not be distributing individual declarations.

  • All our staff will be actively washing hands and surfaces

For those that had bookings that need to be delayed, please let us know ASAP preferably by email. As you can imagine, every booking in our system is likely to be shifted so this is a busy time for us.

If you have any questions or queries about any of the above - please feel free to get in touch.
