An update from Endless Fencing
Endless Fencing is committed to the health and safety of their staff, customers and all members of the public.
Upon return to Alert Level 3 on Tuesday 28th April, we will be available for installations and removals. However, to minimise the spread of COVID-19 and in compliance with the government's Alert Level system, there are restrictions that need to be followed while at Alert Level 2 and 3.
These restrictions include:
- No other trades onsite while we are onsite. Where this is not possible, all people must maintain at least 2m separation from our staff, vehicles, and our equipment.
- have appropriate hand washing and personal hygiene facilities onsite where all trades can wash up safely.
- it is recommended that all users of our equipment practice appropriate hygiene to avoid contamination through contact with our equipment.
Our staff will be doing their best efforts to maintain social distancing and personal hygiene practices. If they feel they cannot complete your job safely, we will support their decision and talk with you to come up with a solution.
We appreciate your patience in this unprecedented time and ask that you can give us as much warning as possible for installations and removals. It will take us a little more time to complete tasks while following these restrictions.
We recognise there will be a large financial impact on most of our clients during this time. We are working on a discount which shall be applied to your next invoice and will know more once the government announces when we can move to Level 3. This announcement is expected on Monday 20th April and we will update all as soon as possible.
There are a small number of jobs where the fence was requested to be picked up, but we couldn't make it in time prior to lockdown. All jobs where pickup was requested on or prior to March 25th will not be subject to hire past March 25th and we will strive to get that fence picked up as soon as possible upon return to Level 3.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you wish to discuss or need clarification.
